Donation Policy

PodMehr Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations

All donations are voluntary and support our artistic, cultural, and educational programs.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. PodMehr Foundation provides donation acknowledgments for donors’ records.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error is made in a donation (such as an incorrect amount), please contact us promptly and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Event Tickets and Program Fees

Policies regarding tickets, registrations, or program fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase for each specific event.
