Donation Policy

PodMehr Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Our federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending.

Donations

All donations are voluntary and support our artistic, cultural, and educational programs.

Once tax-exempt status is confirmed, donations will be acknowledged in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error is made in a donation (such as an incorrect amount), please contact us promptly and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Event Tickets and Program Fees

Policies regarding tickets, registrations, or program fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase for each specific event.
